Hydrotesting Services - Leak testing may be performed on any process pipework or system to prove the integrity of all flanged joints, fitting and valves before the introduction of the live system contents. Process system are typically tested during the initial commissioning stage, and then subsequently after each further intervention to prove that any disturbed joints have been correctly reinstated.
PT. Petra Energy Internasional provides service to cut pipe (severing) and beveling on diameters 4" through 36" of any wall thickness. We have the capability to machine all materials including carbon-steel, stainless-steel, chrome, P9I and exotic alloys. We can provide equipment & tooling to machine weld joints to your specifications. Standard bevels, compound bevels, J-bevels and other configurations are easily achieved. When required, we will counter bore the piping, valves or fittings to assure exact weld joint match ups for better weld results.
